✌🏼 Welcome to Shadowmere Farm.

Wholesale · Pre-Launch

Wholesale from Shadowmere Farm

Microgreens, herbs, mushrooms, lettuce & spinach, and fresh vegetables — for chefs, restaurants, markets, and anyone sourcing fresh produce at volume.

Heads up — I'm not taking wholesale accounts yet. The farm is still being built and I'm not going to commit to volume I can't deliver on. But if you tell me what you'd want, I'll put you on the list and reach out the moment I can supply it. That way you're not scrambling the week I open, and I'm not guessing who to call.

So: this page is for interest, not orders. Tell me what you'd use, how much, and when you'd want it, and I'll keep you in the loop as we get closer to launch.

What we'll be growing

Five product categories, each grown with the method that actually produces the best result for the crop. No single-lane farming, no mystery inputs, no pesticides.

Hydroponic

Microgreens

Radish, broccoli, pea, sunflower, arugula, cilantro, basil, red cabbage, kale, mustard, amaranth, beet — plus custom varieties on request. Harvested the day of delivery.

Container

Fresh Herbs

Basil, cilantro, parsley, mint, rosemary, thyme, chives, and more. Year-round, consistent flavor, none of the seasonal supplier gaps.

Substrate

Gourmet Mushrooms

Oyster (blue, yellow, pink), lion's mane, and chestnut to start. Medicinal and functional varieties (reishi, turkey tail, maitake) as we expand.

Hydroponic

Lettuce & Spinach

Butterhead, romaine, leaf lettuce, baby spinach. Grown indoors, cut fresh, never bagged and shipped from California.

Mixed-method

Fresh Vegetables

Seasonal availability — tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and more. Grown using whatever method the crop actually needs, not whatever looks good on a marketing page.

Byproduct

Worm Castings & Tea

Bulk availability for garden centers, nurseries, and commercial growers. Made in our closed-loop vermiculture system.

What wholesale will look like

When this launches, here's what it's going to be — so you can decide up front whether it's worth getting on the list.

Harvested the day you get it

Cut in the morning, delivered by lunch. No distributor middle-step, no cardboard-box shipping, no refrigerated truck from another state.

Consistent, year-round

Indoor production means no seasonal gaps and no "sorry, the supplier was out this week." The delivery in week two looks like the delivery in week one.

Products that actually suit your menu

Not just the four varieties the big distributors carry. Basil micro for pizza. Lion's mane for a feature. Butterhead for wraps. Tell me what you'd use — I'll grow it.

Transparent growing, no pesticides

Every input documented. No mystery coatings, no chemical wash, no "proprietary process" hand-waving. If you want a walkthrough of how it's grown, I'll give you one.

Delivered, not shipped

Local delivery within our service area. No packaging waste you have to deal with, no "left on the loading dock yesterday" problem.

Pricing that makes sense

Competitive with what you're paying now — and with a lot less waste in the case, often cheaper on a cost-per-usable-ounce basis.

Who this is for

  • Restaurants and chefs who want ingredients that don't show up floppy, bruised, or four days past their prime.
  • Caterers and private chefs doing volume work where consistency matters more than novelty.
  • Grocery co-ops, farm stores, and specialty markets looking for a local supplier for their fresh case.
  • Juice bars, smoothie shops, and health-focused cafes wanting microgreens, greens, and herbs for daily use.
  • Meal prep and subscription businesses looking for a local ingredient story.
  • Garden centers, nurseries, and commercial growers needing bulk worm castings and tea.

If that's you — or something close to it — fill out the form below. Takes two minutes.

Join the wholesale list

No obligation, no pressure. When I'm ready to supply your category, I'll email you with pricing, minimums, and delivery details so you can decide if it's a fit.

No spam. No sales push. I'll email you when it makes sense and not before.

What happens next

When you submit the form, your info lands in my inbox — not a CRM, not a funnel, just a list I review personally. As the farm facility comes online and I know what I can actually supply, I reach out to the people whose categories and volumes I can cover first. That's the whole process.

If you're urgent about sourcing something specific and want to talk before the list opens, send me a direct message. I can at least tell you honestly where we are.
