All orders are placed through our online Shopify store. Simply browse our available products, add what you'd like to your cart, and check out. If a product is listed, it's available — if it's sold out, it'll be marked accordingly.

We accept credit and debit cards through our online store, and cash is accepted at markets before delivery. Please have exact change ready if paying cash.

es — as long as we haven't started preparing your order, we're happy to make changes or cancel it. Just contact us as soon as possible. Once preparation has begun, we're unable to make changes since most of our products are made fresh or pulled to order.

You'll receive updates through email notifications at the address you provided at checkout. We'll let you know when your order is confirmed, being prepared, and ready for pickup or out for delivery.

Because our products are homemade, fresh, and seasonal, availability changes regularly. Our store is updated to reflect what's currently in stock. If something you love is out of stock, check back often or follow us on social media for restock announcements.

There's no minimum order for pickup. For local delivery, there's no minimum order, but a $7 delivery fee applies to orders under $75.

We love custom requests! If you're looking for a larger quantity or something specific for an event or gift, reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate you based on our current availability and capacity.

Because most of our products are homemade, fresh, or living (like plants), we're unable to accept returns. Every item is made or grown with care and isn't something we can resell once it leaves our hands. We appreciate your understanding!

We want you to be happy with your order! If something arrives damaged, wilted beyond what's normal for transit, or isn't what you ordered, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with photos and we'll work with you to make it right.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Since our products are perishable or handmade, we can't offer blanket refunds, but if there's a genuine issue with your order, contact us and we'll do our best to find a fair solution.

In some cases, yes! If we have availability and the situation allows, we're happy to offer an exchange. Just reach out to us as soon as possible so we can check what's available.

Because we prepare items fresh and often to order, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns. If you need to cancel, please contact us as early as possible — if we haven't started preparing your order yet, we'll do our best to accommodate you.

You can reach us by replying to the email sent with order, or using the contact info on the site. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

Some plants may experience minor stress during transport, which can cause temporary drooping or leaf drop. Give your plant a good drink of water and a day or two to settle in. If it still doesn't perk up or arrived with significant damage, reach out to us with a photo and we'll see what we can do.

We don't offer shipping on most of our products — they're fresh, handmade, or living and need to get to you in the best condition possible. The one exception is seeds, which we ship via USPS. Everything else is available for local delivery or pickup only.

Local delivery is free on orders of $75 or more! For orders under $75, a flat $8 delivery fee applies. Pickup is always free.

Once your order is ready, we'll send you a notification with pickup details including the location, available times, and any instructions. Please pick up within the designated window so your items stay fresh!

We do our best to accommodate scheduling preferences, but delivery days and windows depend on our current route and order volume. We'll communicate your expected delivery timeframe when your order is confirmed.

Please make sure someone is available to receive your order, especially for plants or perishable items. If you won't be home, let us know ahead of time and we can arrange a safe drop-off spot or reschedule.

Our products are at their best when they go from our farm to your hands as quickly as possible. Shipping perishable and living items risks damage, spoilage, and stress (especially for plants!). As a growing small farm, we also want to keep our prices fair and accessible — shipping costs would significantly increase what you'd pay at checkout. Right now, our focus is on serving our local community first, and as Shadowmere Farm grows, we plan to expand our reach. Local delivery and pickup lets us guarantee both quality and value.
